Do I have to share your faith beliefs to work with you?

Not at all. My work is rooted in my faith, but this space is for everyone. Whatever your spiritual background, tradition, or belief system, you are welcome here exactly as you are.

I'm not sure if I was in a relationship with a narcissist or DA. Is this still for me?

Yes. If you've experienced a relationship that felt confusing, painful, or like you were constantly losing yourself, this work applies. We focus on your patterns and your healing, not just diagnosing what they were.

What's the difference between coaching and therapy?

Therapy tends to focus on processing the past and mental health treatment. Coaching is forward-focused. We acknowledge what happened, understand the patterns it created, and build a clear path forward. My background in humanistic psychology and NLP means we work with both your mindset and your nervous system responses.

How do I know which offer is right for me?

If you're curious and want to get a feel for the work, start with a single session. If you're ready to go all in and create lasting change, the monthly package or 3-month container will take you further. Most people who are serious about breaking the cycle find the container to be the most transformative.

What does a session actually look like?

We meet via Zoom. You'll fill out a short intake form beforehand, so we use our time well. Sessions are conversational but purposeful. Expect honesty, clarity, and to leave with something concrete to work with. No more ruminating or spinning in circles.

What is NLP and how do you use it?

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is a set of techniques that work directly with the subconscious mind to identify and reprogram limiting patterns, beliefs, and responses. It's one of the most powerful tools for breaking cycles that feel "stuck" even when you logically know better, which is exactly the experience most people have after narcissistic or avoidant relationships.
