Cancellation Policy

By booking a session with Grow with Kaela, you agree to the following: Scope of coaching: Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. Kaela McGuire is a certified life coach, but not a licensed therapist. Sessions are forward-focused and educational in nature. You are solely responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes that occur as a result of our work together, during or outside of sessions. Confidentiality: All sessions are 100% confidential. No video sessions are recorded. Kaela will take notes to keep a record of your progress, and these are kept secure. No refunds: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Rescheduling policy: You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 30 days of the original booking. Sessions not rescheduled within 30 days are forfeited with no refund. Commitment: This work requires your honest participation and a willingness to take accountability for your own patterns, growth, and choices. Please only book if you are genuinely ready to do the work. By completing your booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
